Edit claim details

View claim details

  1. Go to Inventory > Billing Center > Dispute Management.
  2. From the Dispute Management grid, click on the dispute entry to view. The Overview tab opens.
  3. Click View Details to see the claim information on a full screen. Here you can enter claim information, edit and delete the associated discrepancies individually or in bulk.

Note: The View Details action is only available when at least one service with discrepancy has been added to the Dispute.

Edit a single record

  1. Scroll to the editable columns.
  2. Define the Currency. This sets that all cost defined for a service are always in the same currency.
  3. Enter the claim amounts individually.

    Note: The Currency and One-Time Credit Claimed or Recurrent Savings Claimed is mandatory when submitting the Claim.

  4. Click Apply.

Bulk edit and update all fields

  1. Select one or more entries. A pencil Edit icon appears at the top of the grid.

    Note: You can't select a service when the status is: Rejected, Completed or Canceled. You also can't Delete the Claim when they are in these statuses.

  2. Click the edit icon . A pop-up opens.
  3. Edit the following fields:
    • Currency
    • One-Time Credit Claimed
    • One-Time Credit Confirmed
    • One-Time Credit Received
    • Recurrent Savings Claimed
    • Recurrent Savings Confirmed
    • Recurrent Savings Received
  4. Click Apply to save changes or click Cancel to revert any changes that were made, and stay on the Claim Details page.

Note: The Apply and Cancel actions are hidden if the Status is Dispute Status is Rejected, Completed or Canceled since the claim is not be editable at those stages.

Delete services from a claim

  1. Select one or more services you want to delete or select the checkbox at the top of the grid to select all services.

    Note: The Delete action is only available when the Dispute is status Pending.

  2. A confirmation pop-up opens to confirm the deletion. The message indicates how many services are being removed from the claim.
  3. Click OK to delete the selected services from the claim.
  4. Click Cancel to close the message.
